About Us

Premier Trays (PTI) started operations in the fall of 2009. The PTI idea began with a corrugated broker selling cremation trays to a local mortuary service in Louisville, Kentucky.  After months of preparation and discussion, Tim Borden of Borden Mortuary Group (BMG) and Brett Eades of BRE, Inc. have teamed-up to form Premier Trays, Inc.

Tim Borden is the owner of one of the largest volume mortuary services in the United States.  He is the past chairman of the British Institute of Embalmers, North American Division and is a licensed funeral director and embalmer.

Brett Eades, owner of BRE, Inc., is a packaging broker in Jeffersonville, IN and has taken his business in the last 3 years from a regional supplier to a nationwide full-service packaging supplier.  Between the two owners, they account for more than 30 years of experience in the mortuary and packaging business.
